Merav Laifer
Founder and CEO
With well over 20 years of experience in international and local financial and High-tech industries. Merav has strong commercial and business skills, backed with solid knowledge and experience in finance. Merav has proven knowledge in M&A deals and fund raising activities as well as managing operations and HR.
Prior to founding Inside out Finance, Merav served as the COO of Pipelbiz (Israel's first crowdfunding platform) where she led and managed the entire fundraising process from initial engagement with prospects to launching a fundraising campaign, CEO experience at seeV solutions Ltd. (Acquired by Matrix), and Director of Finance at Boxee (Acquired by Samsung).
After completing her graduate studies, Merav worked as an auditor at E&Y Israel and E&Y Luxembourg.
Merav is a CPA and holds a B.A. in Accounting from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Economy (graduated with honors) from Haifa University.
Inbal Peer
Founder and CFO
Inbal brings over 20 years of of experience as an executive with demonstrated strong business and financial qualifications, in local and international High-tech industries. Inbal has extensive experience in fundraising, financial strategic planning and business operations.
Prior to founding Inside out Finance, Inbal served as a CFO of several companies including User1st and vCita, and various managerial and professional positions at technology companies from emerging to established companies and played a leading role in multiple fundraising rounds and M&As, including Sentrigo (Acquired by McAfee) and Integrity Systems (Acquired by GlassHouse Technologies). After completing her graduate studies, Inbal worked as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Israel.
Inbal is a CPA and holds an M.B.A. and a B.A. in Accounting and Economics, both from Tel Aviv University.
Liby Kadosh
Founder and CFO
Liby brings 15 years of comprehensive financial experience with global multinational High-tech companies and Start-Ups from Technology, Medical and Cannabis industries. Liby has extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of financial management, business leadership, financial and strategic planning and execution.
Prior to founding Inside out Finance, Liby served as CFO at PSC-Group, Head of Finance at AOL Israel, and VP Finance at several startup companies in the technology and medical tech industry and took a significant role in fundraising rounds and M&As, such as 5Min (Acquired by AOL).
After completing her graduate studies, Liby worked as an Auditor at E&Y Israel.
Liby is a CPA and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Business Administration from the College of Management in Israel.
